Run online .bat files
Is it possible to create a file as automaticly download an online .bat file, and running it?
If yes, How?

If I understand the question you want to download a BAT file from a web server - the FTP command will let you do this.
To make it 'automatic', you will probably want to use something like group policy to start the FTP script.
