defence administrator command

Hi
I am a LAN client of a network under a domain and our netowrk administrator, he has foce to shutdown and stop some my application processes from his cmd.
Pls kindly let me know how can i defence it. i hv only getting user right.

i know that one way to do it is typing:

shutdown -a <- on command line, but requires admin rights

I think what naylintun is asking is how to STOP this happening

Apart from unplugging the network cable I dont think you can!

Isn't shutdown -a supposed to do just that?

Try installing a firewall and blocking his IP
