tabcal.exe and DisplaySwitch command line interface.

I don't know if these worth to be included in the reference - i think both are available from win 7 and above

tabcal is for touch screen calibration (i don't have one t0 test it) - https://superuser.com/questions/1075350 … e-switches

DisplaySwitch  turned out to be more useful for me - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win … 96b1f794ef - it allows you quickly to switch the displays. Besides the switches listed in the MS answer page the numbers 1|2|3|4 seems to do the same thing in the same order.

Thanks npocmaka, I have added DisplaySwitch, but will wait to see if theres anything more official documented about tabcal.

though the the displayswich accepts plain 1,2,3 and 4 without slash...
