Hi Simon,
I figured you might want to add it to the Explorer.exe page doc. Since there are already other great examples there. It won't let me add the direct link or else I would post it.

I read my original message and I apologize as I wasn't clear. In CMD if you do explorer.exe . it will open up a file explorer window of the current directory the user is in.
i.e. in CMD C:\Users\>explorer.exe . would open up the C:\Users File Explorer window.
