RUNAS works differently between W2K and WXP

Hello,

Command RUNAS do not return the same "errorlevel" in W2K and WXP.

In W2K:
- if authentication succeeds: %ERRORLEVEL%=1
- if authentication fails: %ERRORLEVEL%=0

In WXP:
- if authentication succeeds: %ERRORLEVEL%=0
- if authentication fails: %ERRORLEVEL%=1

You can update the documentation to underline this difference.

Now, I should find a way to decide if it is WXP or W2K in my script.
