CMD - Shutdown PC on LAN

Hi! I'm new user and I want Shutdown a remote PC connected on LAN, i know his user and password, I thoght that was posible using net session but i can't do it, I try with comand rsh, rexec, at \\user but this don't work :S

You will need to have administrative rights to the machine being shutdown - e.g. a domain admin account

You need another domain admin/administrator account to create it.
