Rename files with the foldername?

Hi
I have many folders with different names, each folder contains some photos that all have names
image - 01
image - 02
etc

Is there a batch that can rename all the files in the folders with the name of the folder itself and putting them in series? For example, the folder

Sea-2019

will have to contain photos that are called

Sea-2019-01.jpg
Sea-2019-02.jpg

etc

Is possible? Thankssssss
