Dir command non display four-digit years
I do not know why, since a few days the dir command no longer displays the year of the dates with 4 digits but with 2.
f.e.
25/02/2018
Also if i use "/4" switch every obtain 2 digits.
Dos in Windows 10 1709.
Why?
does it happen to you too?

In most recent builds of Windows this switch has no effect. The number of digits shown is determined by the ShortDate format set in the Control Panel.
