Any good books on Windows XP Commands?

Second post so soon after the first

I am displeased at the apparent dearth of insightful information on how to use the tools which we have paid for by purchasing windows XP.

Anyone know of any good books that not only give definitions but examples of all facets of each command (program really) inside-out for Windows XP Command/Console handling & 'batch' file scripting?

Appart from this site's helpful pages I have not been able to find any other resources or even a book, that deals exclusively with this.
