New category for XVIscript

I have a suggestion to create a new category on SS64 and SS64 Forum that will be about XVIscript, a scripting language used in the XVI32 hex editor. Because it does not have got too many commands and there is a help file included with the hex editor, adding the XVIscript cateogory will not be a big effort (in comparsion to other categories) but it can be helpful.

I've never used XVIscript and I generally only try to document things that I actually use, otherwise I would just be making copies of existing help/man pages without adding anything new of any value.
