I have a Dell Latitude e5440 laptop. Everytime I try to update it will prompt me to enter admin username and password but the only option is no. Is there a command to enable the yes option.

Not exactly a Windows Shell problem - the message shown is UAC kicking in. Some sites to remedy this:
