where can I get this file from?? it's not in Microsoft Windows 2003 Resource Kit or the support tools for Server and XP.

For more recent systems, you are better off just using a little VBS script as WSH is built-in from XP onwards
Theres an example of this on the shortcut page

so you just add a line like
CSCRIPT C:\myshortcut.vbs

I'm not aware of any other tools, but vb is really not that hard, the only way to learn is to give it a try smile
