clickjacking protection

Today I have added some server side changes to the site that protect against clickjacking and other types of attacks by informing browsers not to display the web page content in any frame.

This does mean that some things which require frames (e.g. stumble-upon)  will stop working, it should not affect Google Translate which no longer uses frames.

The advantage is that on a machine with a malicious toolbar or other infection that is redirecting content to display within a frame, then SS64.com should fail to load.
