How to reset default program for launching batch scripts

HI! I just spaced out and changed program association for .bat files (in Win 7 Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set Associations) and now can't launch batch scripts. It originally showed Current Default as "Unknown application" so I have no idea what launched it.

Does anyone know how to fix this? TIA, Stephanie

Thanks, but that doesn't seem to do it.

Re: How to reset default program for launching batch scripts

Freaked and posted prematurely. A search gave solution of deleting this registry key and restarting Windows:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.bat

p.s. I've gotten lots of great info here. Thanks!
