Mac OS X 10.6.8 - start without GUI to change the rights of access

I hope that i can solve a problem if i can start my Powerbook (with OSX 10.6.8 ?) without GUI.

If i start it in single user mode i have not the required rights. (root is only read?)

I think, i have changed the rights of access for "others" in the system-folder by mistake. Now the Mac did not start - only to the wheel.

The last entry in verbose mode was:

"AppleYukon2: RxRingSize <= 1024, TxRingSize 256, RX_Max_LE 1024, TX_MAX_LE 768, ST_MAX_LE 3328"

The last entry after "shift+command+V" was:
"Launchctl: Dubious permissions on file (skipping): /System/Library/Launch Daemons
Launchctl: Please convert the following to launchd: /etc/mach_init.d/dashboardadvisoryd.plist"

I have not utilities (DVD), because i am travelling and here i only can use a pc sometimes.

Of course i have mounted with -uw after singleuser boot, but it appears to be not enough permissions.
