ss64.com Website Embed?

Hi There,

I was wondering if it would be alright to embed three pages from this website "http://ss64.com/bash/", "http://ss64.com/nt/", "http://ss64.com/ps/" on my website "http://netadmin.webs.com/" within an iframe. The purpose of this would be to serve as CLI references to people visiting the site. I would of course also give the appropriate credit to you guys and all resources contained within the pages. If you find this to not be permittable, then would it be alright to provide an external link to those pages that would take users directly to the pages in a new tab? The site itself is a project that i'm just starting with the purpose of gathering information and resources that I myself have found helpful when working in the field or that other Net Admins/IT Support Specialists find helpful.
