Utilities as in what? Because I use lots of tools since I have been making a pensuite for quite awhile now...having over 100 tools and applications (other files too, but all together is barely 846MB).

The only command line tool that I know with possibility  to enable or disable protocols from a network adapter.

with a few variants with hardcoded values, but  nvspscrub is better smile
