Yowww! Excellent resource - thanks a million!

Ahhh. I can't begin to tell you how useful I am finding your site. Your URL is going into the menu bar of my browser immediately.  I am attempting to get away from proprietary analysis tools and to go to excellent Open Source  tools such as GRASS, qgis, gmt, and gstat for spatial analysis, and R for statistics and spatial statistics. This means I'm messing about with the OSX command line a  lot more than usual. This site has already saved me time and hassle.  What a great resource it is and how great it is that you provide it!
